“Our Chubbie Sauce, our salsas, are all made fresh. It’s honestly no secret, other than just being very consistent,” General Manager Andy Joe says. Its fresh ingredients and choice of flavors also contribute to its tacos’ greatness. Joe adds that the customer favorite is the O.G., including onions and sour cream. “Our tri-tip is one of our little crown jewels … pretty much anything you touch is good here, and that was done by design.”
